- Heat Exchanger/Radiators: Unlocking Performance with Liquid-to-Air Int

In the pursuit of horsepower gains, many fabricators and vehicle builders are turning to liquid-to-air intercoolers (charge coolers) as an upgrade from the conventional air-to-air front mount intercooler system. In this setup, the air is cooled by a liquid, commonly water. A crucial component in this system is a supplemental heat exchanger, or radiator, which is responsible for cooling the liquid coursing through the intercooler. Typically, these heat exchangers are front-mounted and designed to have access to a fresh flow of air.
